Why SOLOPESTO?

I've always loved pesto.

But nothing I found in supermarkets ever felt good enough.
Too oily. Too heavy. Too safe.

So I started making my own.

SOLOPESTO is about going back to what pesto should be — fresh, simple, and full of flavour — but also exploring new combinations that feel exciting.

From pistachio to seasonal twists, and options that work for vegetarians and vegans too.
